Against the background of the current situation in our country, many businesses got deteriorated. Panic, fear, relocation, mass dismissal – allthis contributes to more chaos than peace. For this reason, business owners (not all, but many) decided: “Now there is minimal quality control, many people in the country are in panic, so it’s time to save and earn a little more than usual”. As you understand, not everyone is trying to increase the average check by improving the quality of services or products. This means that the quality will just become worse, but the prices will grow strongly. Now this is especially true for the fuel sector.
Unfortunately, the number of complaints about low-quality fuel has increased recently. Due to supply disruptions, prices have risen sharply, but some gas stations decided to go further: instead of selling high-quality gasoline and diesel, they decided to dilute them, and as a result, they sold more, earned more, but no one thought about customers and the reputation.
This resulted in people, already stressed, starting to repair their cars more often and spending more on maintenance. Trust in the regular gas stations chains collapsed. There was a fear that now they cheat everywhere.
We do not tolerate this kind of behavior. UNTK was closed for some time at the beginning of all these tragic events. Instead of supplying gas stations and private enterprises with low-quality, diluted fuel, we stopped working for a while, as our reputation is more important to us.
As a result, UNTK in Ukraine has done a tremendous job during the break: we found new suppliers of quality fuel and increased supplies. As a result, our customers and our customers’ customers receive high-quality gasoline and diesel, and their cars and professional equipment work better than Swiss watches.
By the way, we have expanded the network of gas stations we cooperate with, so even more Ukrainians will be able to receive high-quality European fuel.
